PMI Real Estate Sign Crate Versión 4

With the closure of the Pinnacle Realty division, these signs have been retired from use and are now available at surplus prices!

Included in the box are 4 real estate for sale style signs, one each with wooden or plastic posts, and one each with short and long sign styles (as shown in the screenshot.)

These signs are 1 land impact. The sign faces are pre-mapped and fully support drag and drop texturing. The posts, which come in both plastic and woodgrain variants fully support tinting, as do the sign chain links and sign edges. Original textures along with a notecard containing the original, UV mapped PSD files are included.

The hanging signs come in two sizes: square and long. The signs are separate meshes in linkset with the post and chains; with "Edit Linked Objects" enabled in edit mode, you can freely resize them (due to modeling constraints, the textures will need to be realigned.) The default texture size for the long sign is 600 wide by 1000 long. The short sign is square and will support any appropriate texture.

These signs are UNSCRIPTED. If you so decide, you may include any rental, prim count, or other feature(s) into the signs that you wish.
