This is the best choice, by far. Let me try to tell you as much as possible. 3 boards and they do all the cool stuff it and the other reviewers say! ANY color text on the tee board. Put a bunch of your textures in the left board and click to advance through them! It will write via emoting, which is a cool ability to have. The hud with this is a lifesaver to me! Click the color you want, clear the background, rez some seats (clean up those seats), and a bunch more stuff! It can read directly from a notecard as well, which makes setting up any type of presentation MUCH easier!
I’ve bought a ton of different chalkboards (and other text-display crap) and this is the only tool I actually use! The only “small” drawback I can imagine about this chalkboard is that it is NOT small. =) Take a good look at the picture of it rezzed out - in comparison to the size of the avatar in red. She’s no tiny person, this board is big! Which is great when the people in the back of the room need to be able to see! Making it smaller via edit is simple enough, and all those letter spaces scale down perfectly!! Changing the size a lot does alter where the two side-boards end up, when using the expand/collapse function... but, if you edit the sides individually, you can place them right where you want them! - I just can’t say enough about this chalkboard! My friends are all getting sick of hearing me go on about it. =) And lastly (but not leastly)... the seller, Grace, is an amazingly helpful lady. Not just “good” customer service... she truly went out of her way to make my chalkboard purchase be the last one I’d ever make! Thanks a ton, Grace! Please make more Really Useful (and fun) stuff for us to play with!!

The ad doesn't do this little gem justice. First, you get three chalkboards that do separate things: Texture displayer; notecard or main chat reader; and FREE HAND MOUSE WRITING/Drawing board!!!! Next, the rezz menu gives you the ability to rez seating for your students in rows, U-shaped, or H-shaped configurations. Other classrooms in a box are WAY overpriced. This is the one you want.

Hi: I use this board in an online classroom, it lets me display text line by line as bullet points. drop long quotations right on it to display and even do freehand on one of the panels. Excellent product , easy to use, great value. Very clever scripting.
