Good place for a low price. Looks bigger than in the picture. Needs a little fixing in some areas with overlapping and overall faulty building. I personally retextured the entire thing besides the wood, and it looks amazing. Took a couple hours to get the little fixes squared away and to get the colors looking better, but once it was done it looks simply beautiful. The place was purchased (and edited) for one of my design clients, and they love it. The doors on this place tend to act a little funny and/or get stuck, just reset them (sometimes if you reset them they flip around, so be prepared to move them back). Good for a starter home, and fits perfectly on small lots.
