Relay Sniffing Doberman

The Doberman sniffs active RLV relays, without a sensor!
You can search the parcel you are on, all parcels owned by the same owner within a sim, or the entire sim
- configuration notecard inside with directions
If you do not see the little doberman on screen when attached:
1. in inventory right-click it and choose edit.
2. if you still do not see the editing arrows, try scrolling back (mouse-wheel down); if still no see, look in the Object tab of the editing window, at the position numbers
- change those in small increments until you see a bright green, blue, or red arrow.
3. drag the arrow (click-hold and move the mouse) in towards the middle until you see the hud.
4. continue to drag arrow(s) as desired to place it where you prefer.
* Not all relays respond region-wide. This will only show relays that it can "hear"
- Ranges: whisper=10m, say=20m, shout=96m, regionsay= sim-wide.

Notecard with the above info is inside the hud, for reference.
