The Rent Box system consists of a rental box, rental server and rental vendors (all are +copy, +mod (except scripts), -transfer). Rental boxes are rezzed on your land or property to manage each tenancy, tier payment, or lease; servers can each control up to 40 boxes from one central location (so you can, for example, see all of your rentals at a glance, update multiple boxes at once etc.); vendors can be dropped wherever you choose to allow potential customers to browse your properties remotely. And remember: by adding the optional web plugin module, you can manage every rental box, vendor and server from your web browser!

You can not tell it not to change size, you can not adjust the <x,x,x> to tell it to remain the same size.

If you are going to buy this rental box do not think about it anymore and do it. I use for rent terrains and all goes excellent.
Is not transfer!
Product say is transfer but is not. I can not transfer it. It does no say if works in skyboxes. I send IM to seller 3-4 days ago and no answer
