LATEST UPDATE: Now includes mirrored store front version with door on the opposite side.
The building is 100% Mesh with high detail texturing and materials enabled for extra realism.
There a 4 versions included in the pack : a Basic 1 storey (16 Prims), a basic 2 storey (20 Prims) and 2 full versions with interior stairs. One with the stairs at the back with scripted interior doors and back corridor(35 Prims) and the second has stairs positioned to the side with no corridor (32 Prims) These also have 3D windows and a door at the back.
There is a choice of 4 different brick types; DARK Brick, LIGHT Brick, WHITE painted brick and RED brick and you can also choose from 7 colors for your store front via a drop down menu. (Black, Brown, Grey, White, Red, Blue & Green)
The building is designed to be modular so you can remove and add bits you want depending on your needs but please note that you will need at least a basic understanding of how to build in Second Life to adapt this building ie Stretch, Duplicate, Rotate and Copy etc. The building footprint is 8 x 8 metres at standard size and 35 prim land impact.

Door script turns the building phantom
And I can not figure out why because the script is massively bloated and will be easier just to write a new script. I will wait for the server to be reset and decide.
