Nice Collar
I was curious and have effort the 10 L$. What i have got is a highly detailed collar with an interesting look. Only the shape could fit a bit better. Adding RLV by using OC scripts is a matter of a few minutes.

Looks good but...
looks good but its not OC scripted nor resizable in edit, waste of 10 lindens too big for a womens neck... wish the creator can either send me a scripted version or refund me
