Quality super low prim for the detail.
All trim, windows, base boards, frame, entry decking, ornate eave, fence & roof slats are sculpted (not textured to look a so)
Use as a Store, Office, Barn, Cabin, Home.
Put a gate on the attached fenced area for stable or use simply to park you vehicles as well as display outdoor products for sale.
Windows are a seperate prim, resize and/or copy and place additional windows around the building.
Copy/Mod -
Use your own textures and resize to fit.
Great presentation at a foot print of 30 x 16 to 40 x 22. But can go smaller.
A rough wood texture is included as well as the "Store" sign texture.
