Ring Bell For Service
The simple counter bell adapted to SL. When your customer touches the bell, it makes an audible sound, sends you a message requesting your presence telling you who and where, and sends them a message letting them know that you were summoned. If you are offline, a slightly different message is sent to both you and the customer. The bell also doubles as an online indicator.
There are no instructions, just rez in world and it works.

I just bought it and dragged it but after notifying me that I was not authorized to place it where I wanted, the item disappeared from my inventory :(
