Animated Texture scripts makes the kelp ripple with the currents. The texture animation script can be removed to conserve sim resources. Once that is done it only retains the texture animation when copied from inventory. Smaller clusters will be .5LI with script removed.

Modifiable - make it small or large, add a touch of glow to make magical or remove script for lower Land Impact and to conserve sim resources. Land Impact will change with size.
