The Tree House IS in 3 parts.. 1 Door, 1TreeHouse & the Deck.
- Tree House is 100 prims total
- Copy & Modify... No Transfer
- Inside house is about 40x 20 - also has a small 10x10 loft
- The deck is 10x10.. big enough to add things to and relax :)
- I recommend a 4096sq m parcel for this size tree.. It does take up a lot of
space.
