A basic premise of how to make your head blink. It uses params fast and comes with an example texture. Both are free and full perms so you can be well on your way to make your own creation or use the script as you see fit. It is also possible to offset just the eye part to make it look around too.
UPDATE: 2020/03/15:
I have added another full perm script regarding eye meandering and changing to a blink state. it's a bit cleaner and I tried to explain everything I could.
