I've bought multiple copies mostly for different avis of mine. I've run into a few problems and gotten 0 help through the group or personal IM, text and notecard. I've sent multiple messages. When I tried e-mailing, it was returned. Do not buy unless you want 0 help with problems
Works, sort of
It works to clean up rp logs, sort of. I find I still need to skim through to remove some of the region notifications and some zCS meter notifications. I have yet to do it on a combat scenario. The one thing I did notice though is that when I tried to save a log on the premium site...it did not save the log, just the last line of type! Thank goodness I keep chat logs. So lesson learned, don't rely on the site to do that. That being said, would be just as easy to use the freebie version.
