I freaking love the roof on this house, and by "love" I mean that after I finished meshing out the ranch house roof, which took approximately 50,000 years, this one was a joy. Flat prims for the win, y'all.
In direct defiance of my near-obsessive need to make things compatible with life in the physical world, this build has precisely zero closets. I justify it by saying it's a little vacation cabin on the beach, or by a river or a lake, so you're living out of suitcases and loving it... or at least tolerating it for the duration.
And because my masochism knows no bounds, I decided to build a house that fit comfortably within a 512 square meter parcel and could reasonably be furnished within the allotted 175 LI. The build pictured in this ad totals exactly 175 LI; only 53 LI of that is the house itself. Now, are you going to have to get creative and source lower LI furnishings? If you want every room filled, probably. But it's doable with some creative shopping and linksets.
Construction is prim with mesh components, some of which I purchased from Marketplace, others of which I made myself by shoving prims through a mesh converter. Blender is still not my friend, so the only baked shadows you're going to get are the ones the creators for the doors and windows baked into their base textures. Sorry-not-sorry, folks... I love building inworld, and I'd rather not get stabby :P
Happy House Hunting!
*Will fit comfortably on 512 parcel. All "paint" colors can be changed; those surfaces are tinted rather than color-textured.

I love the Beachy/Cabin Style tiny houses' nice and compact layout. Two bedrooms and one bathroom plus the lovely open living room and kitchen. The porch is also great. Perfect for tiny living on the beach!
Tiny Cottage By The Sea
This certainly fits the bill for tiny house living. Vaulted ceilings create the illusion of space as you nestle in and read a book by the large windows in the front room. Textures are perfect and realistic. Copy/Mod so you can make all the adjustments you want. I love nautical and this build will be fun to decorate and occupy. Perfect for that small getaway parcel.
