Say it with me, friends: this structure is primarily inworld prim construction with mesh accents; if you need baked shadows, this is not the build for you. I do not yet Blender, because I love my husband and he gets the sads when I spew profanity at my monitor while trying to learn that beast.
"Porches, Porches Everywhere!" was originally sold at the SL Living Expo 2023 in the RFL vendor and is now available here since the exclusivity of that event has ended. Technically, I believe it's a cape style house? But I'm still not an architect so I could be wrong on that.
There are two versions of the house in the package. One has two entrance points into the bathroom: one from the main part of the house and one from the bedroom; the other version of the house has just one from the main part of the house. I like the two-door model for myself, but it also makes the bathroom a serious pain to furnish. Use whichever one works best for you.
I also included the deck with pergola in the house package. There are two versions of the deck: one with flowers and one without, because the LI on the flowery version is freaking absurd (31 LI), but if you have sufficient LI, rock on! If you're watching your LI, I left the flowers off the second option (3 LI). As usual, the furniture on the deck is strictly for looks; just the structure itself is included.
The house is 71 LI with the two bathroom doors, and 68 LI with just the one. The price has moved up from my usual due to full perm mesh licensing agreements. I really kind of love this build; I hope you will too.

*Will fit on 512 parcel, including the deck/pergola addition. All "paint" colors can be changed; those surfaces are tinted rather than color-textured.

Literally Porches everywhere!
This tiny home has Porches, Porches Everywhere! Just as the name says it does. Plenty of space in this one-bedroom space, plus an additional pergola in the back that adds some extra ‘umph’ to the build. As always it is copy/mod. I have all of this builders’ houses and cannot wait for the next one.
