Okayyyyy... this one took longer than usual to list, not so much due to build issues, but more due to the fact that my computer has been doing its best to impersonate a potato. However!!! Here we are, once again.

*No furnishings/ kitchen cabinetry/ landscaping included; strictly pictured for aesthetics. If you want to know where I got something, ask!*

This is my first build with more than a single story -- yay! Granted, that second floor is just a loft (of course it's a loft, because Lofty and because I am literal to an absurd degree), but there are stairs and All the Things! Additionally, I couldn't work out if there should be one bay window on the front of the house or two, so I'm releasing both separately. I'll judge the popularity based on sales, and I may have an "I told you so" moment. Or not.

The price has been adjusted a bit on this build and its sister (the "Lofty Bays" listing), primarily due to the fact that I'm using a few more mesh components; licensing agreements are a thing. I'm keeping it at the low end of those requirements, and I hope you all find it worth the bump.

Per my usual, this house is an inworld build primarily composed of prims with some mesh accents. The only baked shadows you will find are those the people who don't run screaming from Blender put into their components. If you need a house full of all baked shadows, this is not the one for you.

This house is 69 LI; its sister build is 68 because fewer shutters. I had a lot of fun arguing with myself and my friends regarding How Many Bay Windows is Enough! I hope you all enjoy :)

Happy house hunting!

*Will fit on 512 parcel. All "paint" colors can be changed; those surfaces are tinted rather than color-textured.*

I just got the Lofty house. I love both versions (one with a single bay window and the other with twin bay windows). As usual … the prim count is low, and furnishing should be quite fun! This is definitely my favorite tiny home builder!
