- HUD with 40 buttons that have icons you can customize with the little arrows

This is basically a chat command HUD that also has a timer in case you need it.

You can edit the configuration notecard with 40 presets: whatever you want to time with pressing buttons, it will be shared with the timed info in world chat, but it will also be repeated without the time info, so you can see its direct result.

Without using the timer, you can also just use the HUD as a chat command board for 40 chat commands.
