The Rustic Bayou Shack features handmade textures and traditional design. I made it for myself as a home in New Toulouse, but it would work well in many rural or grunge settings.
The 59 prim main structure is linked. Smart doors let you lock as needed. The inside door is static and remains open.
The large front deck and small back deck are separate builds. You can add them and modify them as needed for your land. The large deck is 8 x 10; the small 4.5 x 2.5. Both have very long pilings that will go deep into the earth or a hillside.
The back porch is narrow and was added mostly for looks -- the add-on when there was money feel. I use mine for a bathroom but it could also be storage or a greenhouse.
The main windows in both front and back rooms have four levels of opacity for privacy. The small broken windows in the front are static but could be covered by drapes should you need complete privacy.
The main house is 59 prims. The large deck is 12 and the small deck is 8.

Nice but...
It's really a very nice shack and low LI, however it doesn't resize any smaller. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use it. Make sure you look at the inworld model before you buy and that the size suits you.
