The Ryan PT-22 Recruit, the main military version of the Ryan ST, is a military trainer aircraft used by the United States Army Air Corps and its successor, the United States Army Air Forces for primary pilot training.
This plane is an absolute joy to fly, it crosses sims very well and hardly crashes (unless you give it to a Harrison Ford :p)
It is very easy to fly. In the crate this planes comes in, is also a flight manual that will explain to you how to fly this fun and shiny plane.
Enjoy!

Great Plane
Real easy to fly and land, region crossings were not a problem out of the normal stuff you encounter. Great for any beginner and a very cheap price for what you get. well made and without a low LOD like some ive seen made makes this even better. Blue skies to you CaithLynnSayes <3
This a Awesome Plane. It Fly's Great and has Realistic Look!
This is a Great Military Plane. It Fly's Great and has a Great Military Look !. I have it out at my airstrip all the time.
Looks so unique and flies so well!
The physics are great, the detail is unique and the style phenomenal! I bought a pair of goggles just to make things "perfect" for flying this plane! X-) Nice HUD and crosses sim lines well.
Great design, Great detail. Great plane. A steal for the price.
Some developers are good. Some are excellent. Maybe not the easiest person to deal, but she speaks her mind. Get all her planes, you are getting a part of SL history! And really for 10L what have you to loose?
Actually I bought then all.
Very good
Excellent plane, it flies very well and has a very attractive retro look, my girlfriend likes to fly in because she says it looks like a big silver dildo.
Interesting plane
This plane is a bit twitchy and does not like to be over controlled, but if you respect it, it's a fun plane and a bit of aviation's history. I found the seating to be a bit tricky but after I got myself properly seated in the plane it stuck and no further problems arose. The actual build is excellently done and matches pictures I've seen of the real thing, way before the war. Great plane!
*Note* this plane crosses sim borders well BUT don't try to control it as it crosses. Line yourself up and fly across rather than try angling the plane as you cross.
