The S2 Scranton Modular Building is designed with flexibility and ease in mind. Unlike other modular structures, you only need to pair 2 sections to have the desired structure. There are 3 packs with garage style variations that adjusts to your need and budget.

This pack, the folding version includes various garage versions with HD Folding Doors plus 3 no door garages. The HD Garage doors are the most advanced garage doors in SL with realistic look and construction, smooth realistic movement, advanced customization features and many official and 3rd party products to use with it. It is also the most efficient in performance and lag on its kind.

There are 4 different main pieces, 3 no door garages and, 8 different garage with doors, 4 one sided and 4 pull trough. 1 to 4 bays of each type. That's a total of 44 plausible combinations.

All Scranton buildings comes with S2 Pro Lights already installed, HD Access Control System with whitelist API for lights and gates and Gentek Doors.
Buildings comes set to group as default, so you only need to set the desired group to start using it.

The construction is 100% Mesh, has custom collision shape, materials and projector lights. Is best used with Advanced Light Model feature turned on. Is easy to customize, surfaces allows you to tint them or change texture, and can remove or add pieces as needed.

Light system and gates are designed to be as low lag as plausible, being the systems with the lowest sim impact on its kind.

Being just 2 pieces to join together, and all of the lights, gates and details are already set and placed means that the setup should be easy and fast.
It was designed to have some wiggle room between pieces, so don't worry if your alignment is not perfect!
