Description
As the next gorgeous home in our Beach Series, the Harcourt comes fully equipped with shaded windows, lockable doors, interior lighting, and a top notch rezzing system. This is all brought to you in the convenience of a single control system, the A.E. Works Housecontroller 2.0. This is the best all in one controller out there right now and you will see it's usefulness right out of the box. This home features texture change canopies with ability to modify each canopy independent of the others with 8 different textures. This home also features a removable landscaping if you are looking to trim the prims. The landscaping in the photos was done by Alluriana Despres, a wonderful landscape designer who excels at terraforming and landscaping. We at Sands Architecture understand prim is valuable and we strive to achieve the perfect balance between design aesthetics and prim counts.
We have a new home in Matelot where you may bring up any of our designs on our demo rezzer system. We encourage you to come try out the demo before purchasing so that you may see all the included features first hand. When you land, you will see our beautiful japanese castle design Sureibu Shiro. I hope that you enjoy your new home as much as we have enjoyed designing it for you. Note that the permissions say "partially Mod" as you can change textures on the walls and floor and such, but you can not change the scripts in the house nor any parts linked by the house control system (including lighting, windows, doors, etc.....). Do not worry about messing up the house either as the rez box has copy permissions so that you may re-deploy it if needed.

Great Asian Inspired Home
This house was easy to rez, the textures and details are wonderful. The 2 rooms are large enough and high ceilings guarantee no problem with camming. Very good value for the price. This is great if you want a small to medium sized home. Fits on a 512 but takes up most of the space.
Pros: textures, plants, room, easy set up, private, price
Cons: doors sometimes close back too quickly, not a lot of windows so you won't enjoy much of your view (make sure you consider where the windows are when placing the house down)
