Description
The first house in the Monterray Line, Monterray I comes fully equipped with shaded windows, lockable doors, both exterior and interior lighting, basic security, a fully functional fireplace and a top notch rezzing system. This is all brought to you in the convenience of a single control system, the A.E. Works Housecontroller 2.0. This is the best all in one controller out there right now and you will see it's usefulness right out of the box. This is a 2 story build with separate room controls for each bedroom.

We have a new home in Matelot where you may bring up any of our designs on our demo rezzer system. We encourage you to come try out the demo before purchasing so that you may see all the included features first hand. When you land, you will see our beautiful japanese castle design Sureibu Shiro. A small security system has been provided for your convience.

- Activate it and it will kick any avatar in scanrange
- Works on group owned land
- Own warning messages
- Scanrange between 1 and 96 meters

- Automatic manager detection there are saved in the controler-unit

Lighting
Both exterior and interior lighting has been provided and is accessible through the main control panel.

- Set the default color, brighteness and glow effects for 3 dim-levels
- 58 lightcolors selectable via the menu

Door System
Lockable from the main control panel.

- Open, close and lock sounds
- Double doors open as a pair
- Open for the owner and managers in the controler list even if its locked

Windows
Beauty and privacy all included with the ability to darken the outside or use blinds mode.

- Three states: Open / Dim / Close
- Fade effect for smooth fadings between each state

Rez System
The reliable A.E. RexBox rez-system allows for easy deployment of your new home

- Easy to use
- Rez / Move / Rotate large buildings with more then one part by simply moving the rez box.
- Complete menudriven

I hope that you enjoy your new home as much as we have enjoyed designing it for you. Note that the permissions say "partially Mod" as you can change textures on the walls and floor and such, but you can not change the scripts in the house nor any parts linked by the house control system (including lighting, windows, doors, etc.....). Do not worry about messing up the house either as the rez box has copy permissions so that you may re-deploy it if needed.
