-SA- Designs is proud to announce the second in our new line of platinum houses, the Seki House. This beautiful mansion comes fully equipped with shaded windows, lockable doors, both exterior and interior lighting, texture change walls, floors and stone accents, real working fireplaces, and a top notch rezzing system. This is all brought to you in the convenience of a single control system, the A.E. Works Housecontroller 2.0. This is the best all in one controller out there right now and you will see it's usefulness right out of the box. The standout feature of this design is the grand waterwalls off the main entry with colorchange lighting accents. This platinum edition has many removable accent pieces if you wish to cut down on your prim. With the removal of the fireplaces, this house could even become a beautiful commercial building.
We have a new Showroom in Matelot where you may bring up any of our designs on our demo rezzer system. We encourage you to come try ou the demo before purchasing so that you may see all the included features first hand as well as the multitude of texture options available.

Texture Change
The highlight of our Platinum Series of buildings is the texture change system. We have made it extremely simple to quickly modify the appearance of your home through the simple touch of a switch or two. The stone accents of the building, the flooring, the exterior walls, and the interior walls are all adjustable through the switch system. Note that all exterior and general changes are accomplished near the main entry of the home while other individual rooms may have the ability to adjust their flooring and/or interior walls as well (not all rooms are individually adjustable).

- 21 floor textures for inside the house
- 21 floor textures for the deck outside
- 21 interior wall options available.
- 14 stone accent wall options available.
- 16 exterior wall options available.
Virtually limitless possibilities.
Lighting
Both exterior and interior lighting has been provided and is accessible through the main control panel.
- Set the default color, brighteness and glow effects for 3 dim-levels
- 58 lightcolors selectable via the menu
Waterwall Lighting
- 58 lightcolors selectable via the individual switch adjacent to the main control panel.
Door System
Lockable from the main control panel.

Beauty and privacy all included with the ability to darken the outside or use blinds mode.

I hope that you enjoy your new home as much as we have enjoyed designing it for you. Note that the permissions say "partially Mod" as you can change textures on the walls and floor and such, but you can not change the scripts in the house nor any parts linked by the house control system (including lighting, windows, doors, etc.....). Do not worry about messing up the house either as the rez box has copy permissions so that you may re-deploy it if needed.

Let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice! It's system is easy and the textures are flawless and the prim count is pretty low for such a detailed house . Was looking for a nice three bedroom house for me and my family and it's just perfect I almost bought it without seeing it in world because 1,500 isn't that much and I now know if I had I would of been satisfied.. Great work ! Keep it up and can't beat the price entirely affordable!
