The RentMaster, although primarily designed for rentals, can be used for any situation that requires reoccurring payments, such as land/property rentals or Tier payments.

The RentMaster comes preconfigured with a choice of 3 textures (easily selectable from the menu). The object itself is FULLY MODIFIABLE, so you can make your own design if the designs provided are not suitable.

In the event of any updates being issued to add new features or modify current functions, you are entitled to free updates for the life of the product. AS OF VERSION 2 THIS IS NOW AUTOMATIC. You RentMaster will automatically check for updates periodically, and any new version available will be sent to you without you doing anything!

Using the provided quick-start guide, you should be able to have the RentMaster setup and working in around 5 minutes!
* Low Lag Design
Because this version is "standalone" it has no laggy network connections to use up valuable server resources. All listeners are also shut down when not required, resulting in the lowest (barely measurable) lag possible.
* Live Help
The Renter or potential customer can easily request your attention by the simply press of a button on the menu. This feature can be turned off if not required.
* Fully Customizable messages (reminders, payment received etc)
All messages sent to Managers and Renters are fully configurable, so you can choose to send the information you want to, in whatever language you want.
* Manager List
Add as many Managers as you want, each manager will receive notices (payments over due etc) and have permissions to configure the RentMaster.
* Renters List
Authorise a single person or list of people to pay the rent and receive reminders.
* Set separate pay prices for Weekly and Monthly Payments
The RentMaster can be configured with a Weekly or Monthly price, or both! Ideal if you want to encourage your renters to pay monthly by offering a discount, but still give them the option to pay weekly if you prefer
* Quick Touch - For easy creation of Manager and Renter Lists
The quick touch feature allows you to add Managers and Renters by them simply touching the object. There's no need to configure notecards etc (notecard configuration is also available if you prefer). Names can easily be removed through the menu.
* Quick Adjust - Allows manual adjustment of rental times
The RentMaster will automatically calculate when the next payment is due, but if you want to add or remove days or months this can be done quickly and easily through the menu.
* Optional Notecard and Landmark Giver
By simply dropping your Landmark and/or Notecard into the object, the RentMaster will give them out when touched.
* Easy location identification
When sending messages the RentMaster can identify itself either by its exact location (sim name and coordinates) or by a "friendly" name you choose to give it. Useful if you have a lot of rentboxes to look after.
* Optional Floating text
Although useful for providing quick information, floating text can be unsightly in some situations. The floating text can be turned on or off as desired.
* Notecard and live Backup - Retain Your data in case of Script Reset
In the unlikely event that a script is reset (this can occur when a sim is reset) the main settings are automatically backed up (using the objects description field). All settings can also be copied into and read from notecards within the object for backup.
* Auto Restart in the event of a Script Reset (if the RentMaster has been previously configured).
Settings are automatically read on start-up and the RentMaster will continue to run without any manual intervention.
