INTRODUCTION:

This house features three bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen and formal dining room. It is 100% mesh.

Included with this house are the light fixtures, fans, curtains, plants and a fireplace. Although the furniture is not included, there is a 20% discount on kitchen, bar and/or bath sets when bought with the house. This house can be modified in size to fit your avatar, with a corresponding increase or decrease in LI.

A lovely stone-washed salmon stucco finish is topped by pristine rows of pink curved tile. Awnings done in a soft turquoise add a fresh accent of color just where needed.

The living room area is spacious, with lots of windows letting in plenty of light. The warmth of the walls is complimented by the cool stone floor tiles. Note the architectural details of this open space, the windows framed in arcs, the generous crown molding and the embossed ceiling.

Upstairs is the master bedroom which has a wonderful private terrace for morning coffee or evening wine.

All in all, the San Marino House ticks off many of the must haves on a "family home" list. It has a great first floor living, dining and entertaining space, plenty of room upstairs for multiple bedrooms or a study and an optional pool.
