This water mill isn't your usual stone or wooden one for it's very up to date with a nicely traditional and modern feel to it. It's modernized to make the perfect family cottage home! It's mainly MESH with some not many sculpties/prims added to it.The Only sculpty is the fire logs in the Water Mill and the 4 doors along with the 1 ivy boarder off the kitchen exterior wall hanging above the door are prims the rest is 100 % Full Mesh......

This cute rustic modern day water mill cottage is a total of 149 land impact! Aprox sizes : 20 x 30 x 10

**Note: It comes in a rez box so you will need to drag and drop the rez box to the desired area you wish to place it on your sim/homestead.....

Important Info about the Water Wheel Please READ:

Once you have placed the Rez box click REZ than you will see the water wheel appear near or on top of the box laying sideways and spinning.....Don't worry or panic all you have to to is click the REZ box again and hit the Position Option in the drop down menu it gives you. After this you will see the wheel remaining sideways but by the house just CLICK the WHEEL to STOP it spinning and RE-CLICK it to get it going again and it will than be where it naturally belongs on the home.

Also...Do NOT link the wheel to the house for if you do it will NOT Spin and you'll have to re rez the home again.

It is Excellent for anyone with a small SL family and very fitting for the Great Outdoors! Hence environments such as forest, woods, rustic, mountain, or even mid evil sims...

It has a open floor plan so gives you a cozy yet spacious area to live in with comfort.

Has a total of six rooms for you to decorate as you wish!

It is a 2 bedroom home with one bathroom, roomy sitting area aka: living room space, and a cozy kitchen area as shown in the pictures.

The upper loft is the master bedroom that way if you have SL kiddo's you can just look down at them with that parent glare of death when they are miss behaving xD

The front door and side door have a rustic sound when they open and shut.....and they even close behind you even so you don't have to worry about shutting them.

The home it's self is Copy and Mod that way your more than welcome to change the textures, colors, or take down a wall if you desire....So please feel free to your decorating until your heart is desired :D

Part of the sitting area does come with a fireplace that you can turn on and off the flames by simply touching the logs, but I advise that you use your poking stick that way you don't burn off your hands.
