S:D Cold Breath is a simple item to wear that shows your avatar breathing in the cold, with vapor coming from your mouth. The rate changes according to whatever your avatar is doing at the time.
To use, just right click and ADD it. It should attach itself to your mouth automatically. If it doesn't, just detach it then right click and 'Attach to' mouth.

Massive cloud
It's a pretty large expulsion that creates a fairly large cloud in front of the face. I was hoping for something maybe a quarter the size. But for L$1 it's whatever.

Didn't work at all, sadly
I tried a few ways, but it never did show in front of my face, even in darker environments.
