In order to be able to set the land media, this radio, like all radios in SL, need to be owned by the land owner, which means that on group owned land it must be DEEDED to the group that owns the land.

Please understand, you must be the owner of land, NOT A GROUP, but the land itself, to be able to deed the settlement. It works as a radio; on the note card, you would add the name and the stream, or radio, and that is all. Please add the names of the radio stations or DJs before you deed it, because once you deed it, it is locked, and every time you add someone to the board, you will need to take them into inventory, then go back out and add the names and streams, then deed again.
