Yes, it's pants, wide legged pants, and not a skirt. But these are clever pants with kind of a ruffled opening on the sides to show a little leg and your cute booties. I loved it. It's an actual, not cookie cutter design.

However, when dancing, I had to wear an old alpha because of a little "clipping". Worth it. My partner loved the look and that is, after all, who I dress for.

I thought this was a skirt. I couldn't get a demo. In any case it is cute.
