Me too. I couldn't find one. So I made one.
I really love this tree. Designed to put a platform on. It's 100% Mesh with a baked texture that looks like you should be able to touch it. No blurring when you get close.
It's also low prim. At 10 meters tall it's only 11 prim or land impact.

It's MOD so you can "Unlink" the branches and arrange them as needed or add some more. Gotta make a place your own right?

It is total perfect in handling well set up with Mesh and even all links... I changed leaves easily and it didn't add any more prims... awesome! You can scale it easily and add your stuff to it... at the end you have your own cute hut or whatever you build on it!
I really put a lot on it and lets say you wont get any better hut but with your own ideas... At the end it is for my Treehut 68 Prims... much more less than any single Prim I added...
