First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your new cozy store! This store has been painstakingly built by me to ensure that business owners can have an inexpensive, but well-built store. The prim count for this little beauty is just 33 prims! I added 2 ceiling fans for aesthetics that have a 3-speed fan script in them. You can remove these if you wish to lower the prim count to just 29!
*This particular hut has sea blue door and fascia trim.
