I guess it works as intended
If you saw my review on the demo page for this item you can now read my review of the full product.
As you may know by now I was totally UNimpressed with the demo but, at L$99 and only 4 prims, I decided to try the full version.
I took a reading at my home, then I went to another region that uses a different script monitor and compared them both. They both counted the same number of scripts on me (which is a good thing) and they both reported a similar Total Memory useage (not the same, but close enough that I wasn't going to quibble). However, they both had quite radically different average CPU times. Now, I don't know much about all this stuff so I don't know if they are just random numbers, or if one is correct and the other incorrect, or if, perhaps, the region itself also impacts this number. Unfortunately there are no real instructions for this item other than rez and click.
All in all I am pretty much satisfied with this counter for the price and prim count. If/when I find a more accurate, or better described and instructed one, then I may swap it out but until then this one does the job for the most part. Those of you who know what all the readings actually mean, and how they are impacted (or not) by other forces, may have a differing opinion of it, though. I guess it is easiest just to say buy with caution... don't expect TOO much :)
