[SLCI] prefab - gangsta urban store (boxed) Version 1

This store has been designed for all you underground, industrial, grunge lovers out there. All used textures are 100% custom which makes this store unique along prefab stores. The textures are burned, rusty & sprayed and the windows could use a little cleaning. The included air ventilation in the ceilings is scripted and uses a custom sound.
