The submarine is ICS combat scripted and comes with 2 torpedo tubes.
At this time these subs had a funnel for the engine.
You can control funnel, Diesel engine, tarpaulin, periscope, radio mast, light and position light by menu.
the submarine comes with two types of torpedoes,
one will run underneath water surface, and one will keep the depth it was fired by.
U-9 comes also with dinghy rezzer and periscope HUD.
The U-Boot can get damage and sink by ICS scripted weapons.
In this case it will rezz a life raft for you.

Some infos about history:

On 16 July 1914, the crew of U-9 reloaded her torpedo tubes while submerged, the first time any submarine had succeeded in doing so. On 1 August 1914, Kapitänleutnant Otto Weddigen took command. On 22 September, while patrolling the Broad Fourteens, a region of the southern North Sea, U-9 found a squadron of three obsolescent British Cressy-class armoured cruisers (HMS Aboukir, HMS Hogue, and HMS Cressy.
She fired four of her torpedoes, reloading while submerged, and sank all three in less than an hour.
