Small starter home, very low prim count. The house is 10x20 size, front extention 8x9 and the balcony is 8x12.
Detailed work with a mix of brickwork and wood.
The last 2 pictures show the actuall build with improvements to the doors and the base floor window.
Delivered in a rez box.
How to rez your build:
================
1. Drag the rez box to the ground. Do not open it.
2. From the box menu choose Build. If it does not rez correctly choose Clean and than Build again.
3. Position your build by moving the rez box.
4. When the build is in the final position choose Done from the rez box menu. Enjoy !!

Nice House and Can't Beat the Price
I have have other houses from Sona besides the SONATA I. All of her houses are nicely built, and being copy/mod, they are great for landlords needing to set up several houses and being mod you can change the textures to the way you like or even move walls around. And, you can't possibly go wrong on the price.
No rez box is needed, so just drop it where you want it. The lower section of the house (below the ground floor) is deep enough to make it easy to set up on uneven ground.
All in all, you can't really go wrong with one of these. Aside from the price, they're an excellent project house for someone wanting to learn the basics of building. With the larger prims allowed now, enlarge and expand any way you want.
