Medium sized house 20x20 with very low prim count. Nice mix of brickwork and wood with a big balcony in the front. A lot of space inside for placing furniture.
Delivered in a rez box.
How to rez your build:
================
1. Drag the rez box to the ground. Do not open it.
2. From the box menu choose Build. If it does not rez correctly choose Clean and than Build again.
3. Position your build by moving the rez box.
4. When the build is in the final position choose Done from the rez box menu. Enjoy !!
