Ideal package for anyone with a trailer-park, as rentals. Or if you live in a trailer-park where you can provide your own trailer.
The trailer Shell itself is 27 LI, the whole build with decks doors and all is 51 LI. The build consists of 11 mesh objects, in one link set. and has 10 baked textures. Please stop by and take a look at it, on my mainland property.
As with all my Full perms items, you may not redistribute this, with full perms, it must either be copy/mod, No Tans, or Trans/mod, No copy, you may not sell it, or give it away with full perms, it is for your use in your builds or business.

Rather plain
Be prepared to add a full interior (including walls). Link to view in-world leads to an empty field. I resized to real-world scales (just under 18 meters long) and land impact was reduced to 39 prims, but the doors and windows do not have any frames, so I expect that will go up as I fix that. Not as good as it could be, but just as good or better than most trailer homes I've seen.
