Lovely product but looks like you do your own TPs
I notice previous reviews say the maker will come in and help set the TPs that run between the various floors; I tried asking, but it could be that they're out of world for a bit. So I'm planning to put in my own TPs, but that's simple enough. Overall, it's a gorgeous build, with great textures,and fits on a small lot very well. I look forward to having my library there.
A Well-Made, Lovely Build!
I'm a first-time homeowner in SL, and I spent more than a week hunting for a ready-made place to live that would tick off all the boxes on a long wish list *and* that would please the discerning eyes of my very skilled builder friends. The Sanctum Tower fit the bill perfectly. The level of detail is frankly astonishing for a 53-prim building, and the details themselves are all expertly designed. The colors are rich and natural, the lines are sharp and clean (without looking boxy, which was my biggest complaint about most low-prim pefabs), and the extras (the steampunk cogwork in the floor, the packed library and sanctum shelves) appeal to the eye without being distracting. It's got a small footprint but the interior is very roomy. It's really a gorgeous structure you need to see for yourself. The builder was also extremely helpful and patient when I had some tech questions, and overall I couldn't be more satisfied. Chances are good that if I can fill this building up within my prim allotment I may need to splurge on the Super Sanctum! :-)
