It is 100% mesh scarves but you can change the size and texture as you like. It is not tied to the bones. Can be used for sales and your creativity. One condition - not to sell with full rights!

Mesh but not..

This is quoted as being mesh but it isn't. It acts like a sculpty and goes inside the body when you move. No UV or Shadow map with this either. Not what I was looking for.
