This is an older build made for the 1920's New York Project.
That being said it has amazing LOD's, will never disappear,
almost every New York Build has custom LOD's for every piece.

The back wall on the second floor has windows looking out,
but solid brick on the back wall, leaving them hidden & unseen.
Feel free to remove or cover with a wall if you'd like.

These overlooked a back alleyway,
I planned on making the fix for the ext.
but liked it as a hidden feature and decided to leave it.

This build does NOT include Built in Snow, or any additional pieces.
Basic modding ability is required if you to mod or make changes,
This is an older build, re-texturing interiors i'd suggest using planar mapping,
