This build made for the 1920's New York Project.
That being said it has amazing LOD's, will never disappear,
almost every New York Build has custom LOD's for every piece.
This unit has a cellar which requires 3.5m under the build
and 5.25 meters left of it. Please make sure you have space.

* Left side all floors 1-5 and cellar are accessible.
* Right side only shop floor has access, decoys on 2-5.

This build does NOT include Built in Snow, or any additional pieces.
Basic modding ability is required if you to mod or make changes,
This is an older build, re-texturing interiors i'd suggest using planar mapping,
as they are custom UV Bakes.
