This is my mainstore build. Many asked, so here it is.
Rez in Edit mode.
Doors are placed open on this build with no scripts.
Bring your own walls, scripts, etc. otherwise it's turn key ready as is.
You will need 1/16 of a sim to use this.
Includes all interior and exterior flickering lamps.
These can all be removed.

There may be slight issues, no build is perfect, this is no exception.
