The Sci-Fi Academy is being sold as-is. It is 99% complete, except there are no doors, and no elevator. It should only be bought by players with at least some basic building skills.

For a few years, this Academy building was a prominent landmark at a now-defunct scifi sim. Some people still remember it fondly, and I’ve had several requests to make it available to buy, so here it is, complete in its original form except for the very few non-full-perm items I had used. Unfurnished.

- Two large offices

All components are Copy/Mod, so you can fix it up however you like. I’ve also retained the two breakable windows (for throwing Academy Instructors through...) I’ll let you find out where they are on your own. :-)

The building is in several linksets, so make sure you have them all selected before you try moving it.

Size is approximately 105m x 70m.
