Script Alchemy - Estate Ban System

This system will allow you to add users to an access list.

Users will be able to click the system and select from a list of avatars in the region. They will be able to either Teleport Home or Ban the person causing problems.

This will allow region owners to have security or CSRs who can get rid of trouble without needing to grant them estate management rights.

This is perfect for events, stores, and other venues.

To use this system, you *must* be an Estate Owner or Estate manager but those on the access list do not.

You will get a message saying what person was banned and who banned them.
