[Script] Particle Sculptor - Shape your particles in a same way as you shape your prims!!!

If you don't know how to code your own particle systems...
...or if you can't "express" yourself by using some bulky particle generators...
maybe you should try another approach.

Now you have an opportunity to SHAPE YOUR PARTICLES in the same way that you SHAPE YOUR PRIMS!

The most important parameters needed to create particle system are assigned to certain prim parameters.

By modifying these prim parameters you will be able to see instantly how the shape of particle fX changes too!

When you finish, the system will generate FULL PERM code that you only need to copy/paste into the new script

The variety of fX that you can make with this is endless, but the best usage of this system is in making flame (fire flame, butane flame...), smoke and torch shapes

1. OPERATIONS:

Global Size - To change size of the whole particle fX shape, just resize this prim (CTRL + SHIFT)

Stretch - To stretch the particle fX shape, just stretch this prim by using the axis that is appropriate to suit your purpose

Start Size - Use tapper X value

End Size - Use tapper Y value

Start Color - Change the color of the bottom face of this prim (Face number 5)

End Color - Change the color of the top face of this prim (Face number 0)

Start Alpha – Change the transparency of the bottom face of this prim (Face number 5)

End Alpha - Change the transparency of the top face of this prim (Face number 0)

Burst Rate – Use the Top shear values, both X and Y as sum (X+Y)

Texture - To set the texture for particles, just copy the asset UUID for your preferred texture and paste it in the description field of this prim

ROTATION - Use Twist Begin and End values to define the rotation, direction and speed around the center of the prim

2. GENERATING THE CODE

After you created the fx shape you like best, touch the prim. After the menu appears, click the button labeled GENERATE.
Go to your chat history in order to view the code.
Find where the code begins and Copy the whole code
Rez a new prim, go to the Contents tab of that prim, create New script and paste the generated code inside
Save the script
Your particle fX will appear instantly
