These blinds are scripted to react to owner only, click on them and a menu will propose to open (makes it transparent) or close.
Very flexible to adapt, just change texture in it as much as you want. You can make it a door or any fence, window ...
Copyable, if you have mutiples they will be networked and will all close or open when one is closed or open.
Modifiable, just make it the size you need.
