This teapot was constructed to be an almost perfect replica of a tea pot photographed in an authentic Japanese tea house. It is scripted with three different functions and includes both an animated tea cup and a tea cup which can be placed on the table.
The teapot itself is only 100L so it is no copy, no mod, and no transfer. However, the table tea cup is copy and the animated teacup is copy and transfer. The animated teacup also includes two animations for holding and sipping. Both teacups can have steam turned on or off simply by clicking the cup.
The scripted features of the teapot are:
1. Lid: To open the teapot, click the lid. To close the teapot, click the opening.
2. Steam: To heat up your tea (and create a little steam) click on the mouth of the teapot at the top; the area which encircles the lid. To cool it off (and turn off the steam) click the same area.
3. Animated Teacup: to receive an animated teacup, click the body of the teapot.
This teapot was made with rich textures and includes a beautiful green tea texture inside the teapot and teacups. Low shine is activated on the inside of the teacups to give them a bit of a glazed look. In addition, the teapot and teacups have been shaded to give additional shadowing effects if your Bump Mapping and Shiny Shaders have been activated on the graphics tab of your preferences window.
The teapot is 7 prims. Each teacup is 2 prims.

See item in Second LifeThis is so authentic looking!
I have a teapot and matching cups in RL that look almost exactly like this! They have the glazed green inner parts and the outer parts are exactly this texture! These are so well made that I couldn't believe how closely they matched my real ones! I got this set because WOW! These are incredible! (And Steam! Open / Closed lid!!) :)
