This package includes 12 sculpted (1 prim) windows and 4 animated sculpted windows.
Each animated window is a 2-prims linked object, since 1 prim is necessary in order to cache sculpted maps (the animation script is based on the function llSetPrimitiveParams()).
Sculpted maps (with three LoD options: full scale, half scale and quarter scale) are also included in this package.
This is a full permission version for builders who want to use the prims in products they sell. By purchasing you agree that these sculpted prims may NOT be resold as single items or inside a sculpted prim collection pack or similar. You are allowed to use these prims as part of your creations, which may NOT be sold with full perms.
FAQ:
==========
1) Why are these prims provided with different LoD options ?
The SL viewer is designed to reduce the number of vertex that are drawn depending on the size of the object and the distance of the object from the camera (see discussions about the RenderVolumeLODFactor on jira.secondlife.com). This means that, from a distance, small prims would distort faster than big prims. With a half-scale map you can make a prim that looks exactly the same as a full-scale prim, but with about the double of its volume. This half-scale prim is much more resistant to shape corruption than a full-scale prim.
