I had the wild idea to refresh my store/farm and while looking for ways to make my parcel work better for me, I cam across this, and it works wonderfully!
Excellent for What I wanted
I built a RLV area and used this in it. I have also used it in on a halloween decorated sim. Go down the long corridor to the cave itself, filled with items that pop out at you... oh my! My guests loved it.

Rezzed as is, it's 2 prims and 46 land impact! It is indeed full permission mesh object. Just the mesh object. The baked on/included-on-the-mesh-object textures are pretty good. Without any included texture or AO/Shadow map, though, I haven't found it very easy to re-texture to match my build andas such, I may not end up using it. For a quick, inexpensive, pretty big, already complete cave, you can't really beat the price.
Very unhappy
Not happy with this. Yeah looks nice, but i needed it for a smaller space. This does NOT work, there are MEGAPRIMS in it so impossible to resize. I tried taking them out and modding but it won't allow me.

I like this a lot. It helped with my build last year for Fantasy Fair. Probably using it again in a different way!
