The Havannah is a mesh building that could be used for both residential and commercial, it features an open planned lower living area with 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, two balconies and a skylight in the hallway as well as a large patio outside with two side pools/ponds.
There are 3 versions of the building included..
1. Havannah with sand -303Li
2. Havannah without sand - 299Li
3. Havannah without Patio - 262Li
Havannah was intended to be a beach home, with added sand at the front to help it blend into your sand themed land, that being said, the sand is easily removable and the home could adapt to most themes/settings.
